mojoBlog and joomla! 1.0.13
Currently, we’re in the compatibility testing phase between the recently released security upgrade of joomla and, a new point release of mojoBlog.
Coincidently, both are #13 revisions and, though I’m not superstitious, both make me nervous as a freshman at the senior prom.
Early results (very limited, controlled environment) look promising. Both installations (joomla 1.0.13 and mojoBlog RC0.13) went smoothly, nobody threw up, coughed up a database or crashed the whole Eastern Seaboard grid so, I’m a bit more optimistic today than I was, say… Last Monday.
We’ve created a -special- forum category for those brave souls who’ve installed both in a real world environment (www) and are looking for a place to vent/gloat.
Joomla and moBlog sittin in a tree…
Blog
This is fantastic. Is mojoBlog available for download? I don’t see a way to get it..
Tito;
If you’ve not registered/joined our site yet, you’ll need to do so -before- you can access the members downloads area (and the latest mojo).
Registration is FREE, takes only a second and, we’ll never spam ya!
mojoBlog is the precursor to jBlog, jBlog is currently being developed for joomla! 1.5 and I’m hoping to have jBlog ready for release -around- the same time joomla1.5 launches stable.
mojoBlog was initially developed to provide existing users of jd-wp an upgrade path to jBlog, support existing joomla 1.0.12/13 installations and, make the world a warm, happy bloggin place…
Hello,
Any updates on JBlog please? Thank you!
mojoBlog seems like a great product and definitely what I’m looking for. I am having problems installing though. The install is successful through Joomla (1.0.15) however I can’t get into the config page. I get an “Internal Server Error”. Any ideas.
