Over the holidays I had the unexpected pleasure of hosting my ward/newphew during his vacation away from school work. Between our bouts on the “xbox”, the numerous beat-downs playing halo3 and his occasional romps around the pasture on my debladed tractor, he allowed me a few moments online.

During one of my longer online moments I was trying to respond to a forum member who was having an issue with, you guessed it.. permissions. In walks my newphew who promptly slides up and, over my shoulder replies “Whatcha doin, can I help?”.

So for the next 10 minutes I explain to a rather web-saavy 10 year old a little about joomla, users, mojoBlog and the intermittent problems some folks have in getting their mojo stable.

It’s been said there’s untapped wisdom in youth but that you really need to listen to them to get their points. I `spose it’s a kind of insightful “reading of the tea leaves” so to speak so, I listened carefully…

I’ll add his “review on mojoBlog” tomorrow. In the interim, I’m back to work trying to get 0.16 stabilized for release a few days after promised.
